Value Chain and Business Development Officer

Ms. Lydia is an experienced development educator who has over the years worked with various organizations and institutions. Before joining CAPECS, Ms. Lydia worked with the Business Advisory Centre of Ghana’s Ministry of Trade and Industry, CADEA/GIZ, Agro Centa and Farmerline. To her credit she has been able to set up and train several VSLAs and trained them on entrepreneurship.

Ms. Lydia as a Value Chain and Business Development Officer avails her experience among others by facilitating the training of some young women groups in Shea butter based cosmetics under our Youth-SHOP project. Ms. Lydia holds a degree in Early Childhood Education, a Diploma in Development Education and a Certificate in Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment.
Ms. Lydia is an ardent communicator with a warm and engaging personality that puts people at ease.
