In partnership with the University Research Co. LLC., CAPECS implements the Community Systems Strengthening component of the USAID Q4H Activity in the Upper West Region of Ghana. The objective of CAPECS work on the project is to promote a culture of quality through capacity building of community health structures at the CHPS level to support and advocate for quality health services.
