Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEAL) Officer
Mr. Owu is a skilled researcher, life coach, entrepreneur, and development practitioner. Prior to joining CAPECS, he worked in various capacities. He worked as a research assistant at Write Right Research Institute, a teacher with Ghana Education Service, a data collector for Navrongo Health Research Institute, and a trainer for students in the use of SPSS, Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. He is a productive team member who inspires and guide others to reach their personal and organizational goals. He is skilled in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and tools, and has strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Mr. Owu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Development Studies, from the University for Development Studies (UDS) presently pursuing an M.Phil. in Development Studies at the same university.
He has taken multiple digital courses including content creation, web building, and social media marketing.
In his role as Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer, he contributes originality, inventiveness, and analytical abilities that are essential for formulating, carrying out, and evaluating project activities aimed at achieving set objectives. He is an adaptive team player.
