CAPECS has a management team headed by the Executive Director, who reports to a five-member Board of Trustees. While the Board of Trustees is the highest authority, the Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day running and management of the Organization. Technical, financial and administrative leads assist him. He takes responsibility for all operational and strategic decisions.
Technical Program, Finance and Administration Lead and the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Leads are accountable to the Executive Director. All staff have primary reporting responsibility to their immediate supervisors, who would escalate any unresolved issues for the attention of a higher authority where necessary.
